As previously stated on this website the company is completing legal compliance and will adhere to the new regulations that go into effect September 28, 2021. Compliance with the new amended regulation is to occur on or before August 11, 2021. The company is meeting this deadline ahead of time so the announcement will not affect your shares as they currently exist. All listed companies on OTC that currently are not in compliance with the new regulation had the same notice issued to their respective shareholder.
