Jon Masli is the President & Chief Operating Officer of POSTD MERCHANT BANQUE or PMB. He brings with him over 30 years of comprehensive investment banking and Corporate Finance experience working in the dynamic economic growth region of Southeast Asia. His expertise includes Corporate Equity Financing, Merger & Acquisition, Debt Restructuring, Project Financing, Strategic Partnership, Risk Management and other related corporate finance services. Whilst looking after the US operation, he now also develops PMB’s business in Southeast Asia countries, especially Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, and China. A multilingual, he speaks fluent English, Indonesia, Mandarin, and working knowledge of Spanish. He started his professional career at Citibank Jakarta in 1980, the moved on to assume various corporate executive posts with Conoco Philips, Ernst & Young, Dharmala Group, Parna Raya Group & Prismas Jamintara. He obtained his MBA in Banking and Finance from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and Bachelor’s Degree in Economics by sport (soccer) scholarship from Hiram Collage. Ohio. Since 2015 he has served the Indonesian Chambers of commerce & Industry covering the fields of Finance, Logistic, Energy, Agriculture, Fishery, Aviation, Transport, Maritime, IT, Health Care & Manufacturing.
Mr. Vanderhyde is a senior vice president of PMB with over thirty-five years of experience in corporate, program, and project management as well as business growth in the technical and aerospace industries supporting many civilian and Federal government clients. He has worked for small 8(a) and Small Disadvantaged Business as well as Alaskan native companies and several large companies engaged in providing technical products and services supporting the DOD, FAA, and NASA on aerospace and information technology products and services. His technical skill sets include performing requirements/ product development, program planning, management, marketing, human resources, and systems engineering of aircraft systems, avionics, weapon systems, missile systems, and information technology systems. He has experience on the Navy Fighter Aircraft Development, Drone Programs, Launch Vehicle Programs, and Various Classified Efforts. He has an excellent working knowledge of government contracting and acquisition policies/ procedures. He has experience with all aspects of marketing. Congressional lobbying, partnering with other companies, and obtaining business from the Federal Government. He has experience in all aspect of contract management, statement of work development and using preparation of proposal material. He is a graduate of Villanova University of with a BS in mathematics, studied chemistry for three years at St. John’s University, and did graduate work at George Washington University in Engineering Administration. He graduated US Navy Flight School and, as a Naval Aviator, flew the F4-J Phantom II onboard the aircraft carrier USS Independence.
Richard Dvorak is the Corporate Secretary and Treasurer of PMB. He has over 30 years of experience in Insurance, Banking, Structured Products and Risk Management. His specialties of expertise include corporate finance, balance sheet enhancement, and proof of funds financing. He represents and serves as trustee for Quantum Investment Trust and currently also serving as President and licensed first responder for medical, fire and extractions in Franklin Fire Department. He served in the US Navy from 1980 to 1986 as an engineer, chosen by President Reagan for special operations participating in two task forces in South American and Middle Eastern conflicts with honorable discharge.
Donald Richards serves as the attorney and financial advisor to PMB. A senior attorney with over 40 years of experience in corporate banking and business attorney. He started his career as corporate Banker for lrving Trust Company New York handling deals from 25 to a hundreds of million dollars merger and acquisition deals. He also serves as senior partner of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon, and also has provided management restructuring and organizational structuring counseling entrepreneurs, small business and startup companies. He serves International companies of financing and transaction projects in the South and West Africa, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Canada, and Europe. Currently he’s working on projects in the South Pacific Asia Rim region involved in economic development, financing projects, renewable energy, eco-tourism and natural resource management. A graduate of Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, he holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in organizational behavior and management economics. He received his Juris doctorate degree from University of California Los Angles, School of Law and admitted to the California Bar. He also serves as guest lecturer in Master Level courses on international finance and international law to business classes at Cal State Dominguez Hills and at UCLA extension.
Singgih Baskoro is Chief Financial for PMB. He brings with him over 35 years of corporate finance experience. His expertise includes corporate finance, Banking and Treasury Instruments, Business Development, Wealth Management, Venture Capital, and Risk
Management. His most specialties include the issuance of Bonds, SBLC, Receivable Financing, Trade Financing and Corporate Financing. He graduated from University of Southern California with a Bachelors Degree in Economics, and Texas A& M with a Master
Degree in Economics. In 1986 he started a real estate company building houses for the growing property industry. Then moved on to work his way up holding various executive positions at Blue Chip companies, including BNP Paribas, Timor (a joint Korean KIA &
Timor automotive company), and Powerful Capital Care holding in Hong Kong. He also has served the Indonesian and African Chamber of Commerce.
